PLANT OVERVIEW

The factory is located on a total area of 8,200m. There are four main production lines, Two Flexographic machines Two Rotogravure machines The Flexographic lines are supported by one photocopier machine, one Digging machine, one mounting machine The four production lines are supported by three lamination machines, and six slitters. All machines at the site were brand new and are first used by Alexpack. The site also includes a quality control lab, raw material warehouse, end product warehouse, administration offices and cylinders warehouse, in addition to the workers' facilities such as rest areas, toilets and lockers The choice between using Flexographic and Roto techniques depend on several factors including clients specifications, design and materials requirements and client budget.
